The American heavy metal band Stone Sour performed in Stockholm last night and I went to photograph them. The band is fronted by lead singer Corey Taylor who is also the lead singer of the band SlipKnot. On top of leading two super successful band he has also written several best-selling books. Given all that I felt it was a good idea to get some fresh photos of him into our archive.
As is the industry normal we only got to photograph the first three songs, a whole two more than Manson. This is one of the few times where I wished I could have stuck around a little longer, because man did it seem like a good show. Incredible energy from the band.
Looking at my calendar this morning I don’t see many more shows booked in for the near future. Just jobs covering the royal family and some corporate stuff. A little boring as we head into Christmas and the new year.
