Yesterday was the final Stockholm derby for this 2019 season of Allsvenskan. With Djurgården sitting at the top of the table and Hammarby in fourth place and closing in it was always going to be real tense game.
Mohamed Buya Turay’s goal at the 54th minute was enough for Djurgårdens IF to secure the win and pick up 3 points against Falkenbergs FF.
Hammarby defeats AIK 2-1 to maintain their fourth place position just 6 points behind league leaders Djurgårdens IF in an exciting Stockholm derby match.
New season same old Djurgården. Started really strong and it looked like the game could end 4-0. But when the final whistle blew it was 2-2.

Djurgården came out on top in yesterday’s derby match against Hammarby IF picking up a 3-1 victory. Their first derby victory against Hammarby since 2007.
A fantastic match from Rasmus Elm and two goals from Erton Fejzullahu allowed the visitors Kalmar FF to easily pick up three points against Djurgårdens IF.
Shooting the Stockholm derby, in any of it’s possible formations, is always the highlight of covering an Allsvenskan season for me.
